Pick a format and begin.

Quick Bedtime Flow

Time needed: 5 minutes

Materials: One story cube, dim light, parent guide

Best for: Tired evenings and preschool attention spans.

  1. Choose one scene to notice.
  2. Retell all six sides softly.
  3. Ask, 'What do we learn about Jesus?'
  4. Pray one sentence together.

Dinner Table Flow

Time needed: 10 minutes

Materials: Story cube, activity cube, Bible

Best for: Families who gather around the table several nights a week.

  1. Read the Scripture reference.
  2. Pass the cube around the table.
  3. Let each person retell one side.
  4. Roll the activity cube and respond.

Saturday Morning Flow

Time needed: 20 minutes

Materials: Story cube, paper, crayons, music playlist

Best for: Slow mornings with room for reflection.

  1. Read and retell the story.
  2. Draw one scene or a seventh side.
  3. Sing a related worship song.
  4. Pray for the week ahead.

Homeschool Bible Lesson Flow

Time needed: 25 minutes

Materials: Bible, notebook, story cube, pencils

Best for: Morning baskets, co-ops, and family Bible lessons.

  1. Read the passage aloud.
  2. Sequence the scenes.
  3. Copy a short memory phrase.
  4. Write or draw a personal response.

Grandparent Visit Flow

Time needed: 10 minutes

Materials: Story cube and a cozy chair

Best for: Simple discipleship across generations.

  1. Grandparent tells the story using the cube.
  2. Child retells their favorite side.
  3. Share a family faith memory.
  4. Bless the child with a short prayer.

Children's Ministry Small Group Flow

Time needed: 15 minutes

Materials: One cube per group, Bible, optional coloring sheet

Best for: Small groups, Sunday school, and family worship events.

  1. Leader introduces the story.
  2. Children arrange the six scenes.
  3. Ask one big idea question.
  4. Close with echo prayer.
