Jesus Makes the Man Clean

Moved with compassion, Jesus reached out and touched him. "I am willing," he said. "Be clean!"

Immediately, the leprosy left him.
Side 4
Jesus sent him away with a warning: "Don't tell anyone."

"Go, show yourself to the priest and offer what Moses commanded for your cleansing, as a testimony to them."

But the man began telling everyone and spreading the news. Jesus could no longer enter towns openly. He stayed outside in desolate places, and people came to him from everywhere.
